Position: Apprenticeship in Social Work. Workplace: Girardota – Antioquia. Onsite Work model: SENA Apprenticeship Contract – 1 year. Main activities:* Support recruitment, candidate selection, interviews, hiring, and related processes. * Support the execution of compensation and payroll processes. * Support the implementation and execution of employee wellness and safety programs. * Support the execution of training and development programs. * Support social responsibility activities. * Support updating job-related processes across different positions. * Support planning and execution of corporate events. Requirements:* Undergraduate student in Social Work. * Basic knowledge of office software tools. * Must not have previously signed an apprenticeship contract with SENA.
