Responsibility for quality and production targets A well-established company in the construction sector is currently hiring Pole Workers with construction experience, preferably with experience in concrete pouring processes and operation of production-related equipment. Main Responsibilities: The position is responsible for pouring concrete poles, ensuring final product quality and achievement of established production targets. Additionally, the candidate must support activities inherent to the production process, complying with the company's defined safety and quality standards. Experience operating concrete mixers will be highly valued. Profile Requirements: Education Level: High School Diploma Experience: Minimum one (1) year, preferably in the construction sector. Working Conditions: Salary: 1750905 Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Contract Type: Project-based or labor contract.
