




We are looking for a Billing Assistant for an important **beauty sector company** in the city of **Rionegro**, Antioquia. **Profile:** Technical or Technologist in Accounting with knowledge of basic office tools (Excel, Word) and billing systems (SIIGO, ALEGRA or similar). **Job Mission:** Ensure the proper issuance, recording, and control of sales invoices, accounting supports, and commercial documents, guaranteeing compliance with internal procedures, current legal regulations, and accuracy in the information reported to the accounting and commercial departments. **Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 05:00 pm and Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00 **(hybrid mode)** **Type of contract:** Fixed **Responsibilities:** · Issue sales invoices and equivalent documents according to current regulations and internal procedures. · Review and verify order information, prices, and discounts before issuing invoices. · Record and archive accounting supports and documents associated with billing operations. · Coordinate with the commercial and collections department for payment management and follow-up. · Assist in the preparation of accounting and administrative reports and statements. · Ensure accurate data entry into accounting systems and electronic billing platforms. · Address requests from internal and external clients related to the billing process. · Comply with the confidentiality guidelines and document control established by the company.
