**Job Description:** A Basic Assistant is required to support production activities in the metalworking area. No previous experience is required, but knowledge in using a tape measure will be valued. The selected person will be responsible for assisting in assembly processes, loading, unloading, and material organization, always complying with safety regulations and company guidelines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in basic production and assembly tasks of metal parts. * Perform loading, unloading, and material organization duties. * Operate basic tools under supervision. * Assist in measuring and marking materials (preferably using a tape measure). * Comply with industrial safety standards and internal company policies. * Actively collaborate in activities assigned by the production team. **Job Requirements:** * Residence in **Bello, Girardota, or northern neighborhoods of Medellín**. * Suitable physical condition for operational tasks. * No experience required (knowledge in using a tape measure will be valued). **Personal and Professional Competencies:** * Responsibility and commitment. * Willingness and initiative to learn. * Diligence in following rules and instructions. * Ability to work in a team. **Hidden Profile:** Age between 19 and 40 years**.** **Working Conditions:** **Schedule:** · Monday to Thursday: 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. · Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. · Saturdays: As operational requirements demand.
