Job Summary: We are seeking a dispatch assistant to ensure an efficient dispatch process and compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure vehicle and product quality for loading 2. Handle the PEPS system and verify quantities 3. Use technological tools (tablets) for dispatch control We’re looking for talents like you! We are currently seeking a dispatch assistant with the objective of ensuring an efficient dispatch process while complying with company-established procedures and quality standards. What will you do with us? 1. Inspect vehicle quality conditions prior to loading to ensure compliance with established specifications at all times. 2. Verify that all loaded products meet quality requirements regarding absence of clumping and good packaging condition. 3. Dispatch products according to the PEPS (First-In, First-Out) system and load vehicles in accordance with established specifications. 4. Check and verify that quantities and references match those required by picking in the system. 5. Complete specified tablet forms for finished product and export dispatch control. 6. Perform weight sampling on packages and complete the corresponding form documenting such weights when scale discrepancies occur. What are we looking for in you? - Technical degree in Logistics and/or related field - Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch operations - Knowledge of storage methods and preservation techniques - Proficiency in using technological tools (tablets) What do we offer?
