Today, we are looking for an **Application Administrator** ready to contribute their talent to our team. **What will be your purpose?** You will serve as the client’s strategic partner, ensuring the proper functioning of our applications, managing information for decision-making, and leading change adoption for optimized operations. **Your key responsibilities:** * **Monitoring and Support:** Handling Level 1 incidents and analyzing user-reported issues. * **Technical Management:** Reporting Level 2 and Level 3 incidents (DEI, Coercive Collection, Qx Transit, SSDD, GA, and Hearings), and administering databases, user profiles, and cases. * **Quality and Deployment:** Executing version deployments, leading test plans, and ensuring information exchange with external entities. * **Accompaniment:** Training users on system functionalities to ensure an excellent user experience. **What profile are we seeking?** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum two (2) years administering and providing support for information systems used by traffic and transportation agencies. * **Knowledge:** Advanced proficiency in office tools (Excel), database queries and cross-referencing, web servers, and Oracle. * **Skills:** Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and results, problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and excellent assertive communication.
