Main Responsibilities: Identify and provide initial management for acute decompensations of diseases, prioritizing referrals when necessary. Conduct periodic clinical follow-up of chronic patients, adjusting treatments according to medical guidelines and escalating complex cases to the appropriate specialty. Working Conditions: Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. Salary: $4,879,643 + Non-salary bonus of $1,951,857.
