Growth and development opportunities **We're Hiring: Junior Distribution Support Specialist** **Location:** Bogotá or Barranquilla, Colombia **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \| 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Colombia Time) Join a growing logistics team and help keep operations running smoothly across transportation, dispatch, and customer support. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate shipments, dispatches, and delivery tracking. * Manage customer requests and resolve operational issues quickly. * Maintain inventory and operational data in system. * Communicate with customers, carriers, brokers, and drivers. * Support billing, reporting, and compliance with transport regulations. What We're Looking For: \- Technical, Technologist, or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields. \- Experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or distribution. \- Knowledge of TMS, GPS, and tracking tools. \- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills. \- **Conversational to Advanced English.** \- Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
