We are looking for a Warehouse and Conditioning Assistant with experience in logistics processes, inventory management, and product conditioning. We seek a responsible, organized, proactive individual with ease of learning. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES \- Receive and dispatch goods. \- Perform loading and unloading of products and materials. \- Carry out order preparation and picking. \- Execute packaging, packing, labeling, and product conditioning processes. \- Perform packing and organization of finished products. \- Properly organize and store goods in the warehouse. \- Support physical inventory counts and stocktaking. \- Accurately complete warehouse forms, records, and documentation. \- Prepare delivery notes, incoming and outgoing forms, and other required documents. \- Label areas and equipment before and after each process. \- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety regulations, and internal procedures. \- Assist in transporting and moving goods and finished products. \- Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization in work areas. \- Properly handle basic warehouse tools and equipment. \- Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. \- Experience or knowledge in inventory management. \- Experience in warehouse, logistics, production, or conditioning processes. \- Ability to accurately complete forms and records. \- Knowledge of packaging, packing, labeling, and handling of finished products. \- Ease of learning and adaptability. \- Basic handling of warehouse tools and equipment. \- Preferably experience in laboratories, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food industries, or related sectors. \- Availability to perform operational tasks inherent to the position. Work Location: Fontibón \- Important: Weekend availability is required when operations demand it.
