This position will be based in Bogotá, at the Calle 26 office. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office and two days working from home. The Insurance Analyst will be responsible for supporting insurance operations by handling basic client requests, providing post\-sale support, and managing policy issuance, quoting, renewal, and administration. The role will also involve month\-end closing activities and requires agility to adapt to change while consistently delivering excellent client service. You will be expected to: * Handle basic client requests and provide post\-sale support. * Issue, quote, and renew insurance policies. * Administer insurance policies and manage related documentation. * Perform month\-end closing activities related to insurance operations. * Remain available for extended hours during month\-end closings. What you need: * Technical or university degree in Insurance or a related field. * At least 1 year of experience in insurance operations. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Experience in policy renewal, issuance, quoting, modifications, and administration.
