You will guide FastAPI web services, background processing, and lakehouse design while scaling CI/CD with GitHub Actions and IaC using Bicep/Terraform. Apply to help us deliver resilient data solutions that evolve with business needs **Responsibilities** * Lead and improve Python backend services and background jobs, especially using FastAPI * Design and refine data processing pipelines with Pandas, Polars, openpyxl, and DuckDB * Architect and maintain data lakes, medallion layers, and star schemas for scalable analytics * Build and enhance CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions * Operate and scale Azure deployments with Container Apps, Azure Storage, Service Bus, and SignalR * Define and maintain infrastructure\-as\-code using Bicep or alternatives like AWS CDK and Terraform * Champion GitHub Copilot and Claude Code adoption to increase engineering efficiency * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to optimize scalability and overall performance * Solve high\-level architectural and engineering challenges following advanced best practices * Monitor production systems and drive resolution of critical issues to maintain system fidelity **Requirements** * Extensive Python experience (5\+ years) building web services and running background jobs with FastAPI * At least 1 year of hands\-on leadership experience guiding engineers and delivery * Deep knowledge of Pandas, Polars, openpyxl, and DuckDB in production data workflows * Proficiency designing medallion layers, data lakes, and star schemas for analytics use cases * Advanced expertise with GitHub Actions to implement and scale CI/CD pipelines * Proven experience with Azure services including Container Apps, Service Bus, SignalR, and Azure Storage * Mastery of infrastructure\-as\-code with strong experience in Bicep, AWS CDK, or Terraform * Proven ability to use GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to improve development practices * English proficiency at B2\+ (Upper\-Intermediate) for clear and effective communication **Nice to have** * Experience with orchestration and transformation tools like Airflow, dbt, and Streamlit * Deep knowledge of distributed processing, asynchronous workflows, and enterprise messaging patterns * Advanced Snowflake experience including streams, tasks, pipes, stored procedures, and time travel use cases * Significant .NET web development experience for legacy front\-end solutions built in .NET Core * Proven web development background using Angular or Next.js
