Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty At Zemsania, we are looking for a Managed Services Supervisor with over 4 years of experience managing external clients (rental/sales of computing and printing equipment) Your Mission: Ensure SLA compliance, secure client profitability, and deliver high-level service that drives customer satisfaction and loyalty.
