Job Summary: Industrial Engineering or related field professional to lead operational process optimization, extracting and analyzing data using advanced SQL and Business Intelligence tools to impact KPIs and business outcomes. Education Industrial Engineering or related field degree. Required Technical Profile Advanced SQL (complex joins, CTEs, subqueries, view creation). Experience analyzing large-volume databases. Analytical model development. Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI or others). Experience in operational process optimization. Experience implementing AI-based solutions in operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Data Extraction and Analysis Build SQL queries to extract information from databases. Create views and structures enabling analysis of large volumes of information. Consolidate information from multiple sources (CRM, logs, and SQL databases). Identify patterns, deviations, bottlenecks, and operational risks. Quantify the financial impact of findings. Convert analyses into actionable insights impacting KPIs and business outcomes. 2. Improvement Implementation Lead operational process optimization projects. Coordinate with product and technology teams to adjust developments. Propose and execute automations based on data analysis and AI tools. Validate that implemented solutions generate real operational impact. Success Metrics Savings or efficiencies generated ($). Improvement in operational metrics (DSO, cycle times, productivity). Number of initiatives implemented with measurable impact. Reduction of operational friction identified through data.
