Identify, analyze, and document business needs, acting as a liaison between user areas and technology teams. You will be responsible for translating customer needs into clear, feasible, and traceable functional requirements, ensuring implemented solutions deliver value and align with business objectives. **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Understand business objectives, needs, and challenges. * Facilitate sessions with users and stakeholders. * Analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities. * Translate business needs into clear requirements for technology. * Document user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and workflows. * Validate that requirements are complete, consistent, feasible, and verifiable. * Manage traceability from initial need through to implementation. * Support requirement estimation and prioritization. * Resolve functional queries during development and testing. * Coordinate functional validation with users and the Product Owner. * Support UAT and solution acceptance. * Control functional changes and communicate their impacts. * Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints. * Ensure proper knowledge transfer. **Mandatory Knowledge** * Requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation. * Conducting interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions with users and business owners. * Identifying and modeling current and future processes —AS\-IS and TO\-BE—. * Writing user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and business rules. * Building and maintaining traceability matrices. * Managing, refining, and prioritizing the backlog jointly with the Product Owner. * Analyzing impact, dependencies, constraints, and risks. * Modeling processes using BPMN. * Agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban. * Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools. * Using Confluence, SharePoint, or other documentation tools. * Supporting functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Managing changes to requirements and scope. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** Professional degree in: * Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Business Administration. * Economics, Finance, or related disciplines. Complementary training in business analysis, process management, agile methodologies, or digital products is desirable. **Required Experience** * Four to five years of professional experience. * Three years as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Process Consultant. * Experience in software development, digital transformation, or technology solution implementation projects. * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams: business, development, architecture, quality, security, and operations. * Experience in the financial or banking sector. **Desirable Technical Knowledge** Programming is not expected, but you must understand: * General concepts of software architecture. * System integrations and API consumption. * Information flows and data mapping. * Basic SQL queries. * Web and mobile applications. * Information security and data protection. * Software development lifecycle. * Deployment processes, environments, and version control. **Banking Sector Knowledge** Experience in one or more of the following domains will be valued: * Customer onboarding and Know Your Customer (KYC). * Savings, credit, and payment products. * Transfers, collections, and financial transactions. * Digital channels and customer experience. * Fraud prevention and anti-money laundering. * Regulatory compliance, auditing, and traceability. * Security, handling of sensitive information, and segregation of duties.
