In this role, you will work with senior leaders and operational teams to analyze problems, develop solutions, and support improvements from planning through implementation. This is a great opportunity for a strong problem solver who enjoys working across teams, using data to drive decisions, and turning ideas into practical action. **How you'll make an impact** * Analyze data and identify process improvement opportunities * Build business cases, requirements, and performance metrics * Document current\-state and future\-state processes * Support market entry, profitability, and growth strategy studies * Develop action plans and implementation support materials * Create reports, training materials, and project updates * Present recommendations and help drive performance improvement initiatives **About you** * Bachelor’s degree required * English B2\+ * 2–3 years of management consulting experience * Strong strategic thinking and problem\-solving skills * Ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data and turn insights into clear recommendations * Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word * Ability to work independently with limited guidance * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence working with senior leaders * Sound business judgment and the ability to balance financial and non\-financial considerations * Experience in the insurance brokerage industry is preferred * A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
