Job Summary: Ensures the management, control, and compliance of import and customs processes, handling packages and cargo under regulatory requirements to avoid penalties. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for our next Airport Data Quality Operator for DHL Express Colombia! This is your opportunity! Role Purpose To manage, control, and ensure the assigned process for a freight agent, covering all activities related to import processes. This includes validating inconsistencies, analyzing justifications and evidence, as well as executing all customs procedures inherent to this position. This role involves handling packages under postal traffic, express shipments, and cargo, ensuring compliance with timelines established in Decree 1165 and avoiding the generation of customs incidents or penalties. Responsibilities * Evaluate and validate unloading information and documents for inconsistencies within the timeframes stipulated by customs regulations, ensuring data consistency and compliance with import process requirements. * Generate shipping manifests and coordinate transportation to warehouses and free trade zones within established timeframes. * Manage and monitor the logistics provider's routes. * Submit filings to DIAN \- Muisca, including objections to valuation proposals and consignee clarifications. * Provide telephone support to internal and external customers regarding validations and process incidents. * Monitor billing associated with route costs. * Track changes in shipment modality due to inspections or voluntary requests. * Document and pre-validate waybills to be declared and direct documents. * Track and update waybills with mandatory inclusion. * Manage tracking and notification of cargo immobilizations and mobilizations. Requirements to Apply * Technical, technological, or university degree in International Business or related fields. * Demonstrable experience of over 1 year in operational foreign trade procedures. * Proficiency in Muisca and Siglo XXI systems. * Availability to work rotating shifts (AM/PM). * Proficiency in office software tools.
