Braun Business Services SAS **Responsibilities****(Please describe the main responsibilities of the position: what you do, through what means, and why you do it.)** * Support the company’s procurement process related to corporate travel and other purchases requested by the administrative area. T&E: Quoting airfares, booking hotels, and arranging travel insurance. Processing travel advances. Informing employees about the status of their requests. Maintaining organized and up-to-date travel documentation. Prior to each trip, communicating the travel policy to each employee. Other purchases: Processing purchase requests by manually issuing purchase orders and managing approvals.
