The candidate will be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery, accurate documentation of operations, and effective coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate import and domestication processes for goods. * Manage relationships with international suppliers. * Request and analyze international freight quotations. * Track maritime, air, and land shipments. * Coordinate with customs brokers, shipping lines, and logistics operators. * Verify import documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, air waybills, certificates of origin, among others). * Monitor and track logistics costs. * Update management indicators and import reports. * Manage in-transit inventories and estimated arrival dates. * Ensure compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations. Requirements * Bachelor’s or Technical degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics, imports, or foreign trade. * Knowledge of customs procedures and import documentation. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Analytical, organizational, and follow-up capabilities. * Negotiation and communication skills with international suppliers. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred for supplier interaction and documentation handling.
