We are seeking an **Accounting Analyst** to ensure the quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance of the accounting and financial information of assigned entities, guaranteeing reliable data to support decision-making and external reporting. #### **Role Mission** Ensure accurate accounting records and timely financial analysis, complying with IFRS and tax requirements, with a focus on closings, reconciliations, control, and continuous improvement. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and validate **accounting records** and reconciliations, ensuring monthly and annual accounting closings. * Prepare and analyze **financial statements**, identifying significant variances in balance sheet and income statement items. * Ensure **tax and regulatory compliance** (taxes, withholdings, estimates) and support reporting to regulatory bodies (e.g., Supersociedades, DANE). * Support internal and external audits, strengthen accounting controls, and identify risks and preventive actions. * Coordinate operational accounting tasks and support the team of accounting assistants as applicable. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives: automation, digital transformation, and regulatory updates. #### **Requirements** * **Education:** Undergraduate degree in Public Accounting. * **Postgraduate studies (desirable):** IFRS, Taxation, or Corporate Finance. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in reconciliations, closings, accounting entries, basic taxation, and report preparation. * **Knowledge:** Tax/accounting legislation, advanced **Excel**, basic IFRS, and accounting systems (Siigo, Contai, Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks or others). * **Language:** English A2 (desirable). #### **Conditions** * **Work Modality:** Hybrid – Medellín * **Role Type:** Analyst Skills IFRS Excel ERP Beware of Fraud!
