Your Key Responsibilities * Lead software development projects for clients in the United States, ensuring on-time delivery, scope adherence, and quality. * Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary technical teams in international environments. * Serve as the technical expert in Java and Spring, resolving complex architectural and development challenges. * Drive adoption of artificial intelligence tools to optimize team productivity and accelerate the development lifecycle. * Implement and promote Specification\-Driven Development (SDD) to improve alignment with client requirements. Skills and Attributes for Success * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Development, or related field. * 5\+ years of software development experience; 2\+ years leading technical teams or development projects. * Experience working on nearshore projects with international clients (preferably U.S.). * Experience in technology companies, software factories, or IT consulting firms. * Proven track record managing complex projects in dynamic, high-pressure environments. * English B2 (mandatory) What We Look For We seek self\-motivated individuals who thrive in high-demand, high-performance environments.
