Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Implement, manage, and improve the processes, procedures, and documentation required to deliver the assigned service. * Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs committed to customers. * Guarantee proper execution and compliance of customer contracts. * Ensure quality in deliverables included in the service. * Continuously monitor and ensure customer satisfaction. * Submit monthly reports agreed upon by the customer and/or Stefanini. * Ensure company policies are known and adhered to by personnel under the service. * Support defining technology service offerings, subject to management approval. * Respond promptly to the corporate mobile phone according to service requirements. * Guarantee achievement of established individual and team performance goals. * Ensure continuous identification of operational risks that may impact strategic objectives and the integrated management system. * Ensure risk management through to mitigation and closure. * Coordinate, manage, and promote team accountability through proactive and effective support. * Review NPS results for services under supervision to develop strategies improving satisfaction levels and drive implementation of required improvements. * Coordinate the assigned team for tasks related to administration of new cloud resources on GCP, Azure, and AWS. * Ensure overall platform monitoring. * Technical follow-up on remediation of identified cybersecurity risks. * Lead team follow-up in project meetings. * Technical issue tracking, ensuring continuity and reporting progress. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience coordinating cloud, vulnerability, and network teams.
