Job Summary: Coordinate and manage transportation logistics, ensuring service level compliance and full traceability of each operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and scheduling of shipments and vehicle assignment 2. Management of operational documentation and communication with customers/carriers 3. Cargo tracking, freight rate negotiation, and delivery control Minimum Experience: 1 year in transportation logistics, preferably heavy cargo logistics, logistics, and customer service. Salary: $To be agreed \+ Transportation allowance \+ Commissions Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: Bogotá Skills: Proficiency in office tools, knowledge of enterprise software, and customer service. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and schedule shipments, assigning vehicles according to customer requirements. * Manage operational documentation (loading orders, consignment notes, manifests, and route plans) via the corporate system. * Maintain constant communication with customers and carriers to ensure service level compliance. * Verify legal documentation and requirements for vehicles and drivers to guarantee safe and regulatory-compliant operations. * Track cargo in transit and deliveries, promptly managing any exceptions. * Negotiate freight rates and manage carrier advances when required. * Control delivery confirmations and supporting documents, ensuring full traceability of each service. * Support billing processes for services rendered, in accordance with agreed terms.
