Position Details
Work Location: MILANO 1 Industrial Park, Mosquera, Cundinamarca.
Salary: $2,545,000
Contract Type: Project-based or service contract (maternity leave replacement)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Estimated Start Date: July 1, 2026
Payment Method: Monthly
Academic Qualifications
Professional degree holder or final-semester student in one of the following fields:

Production Engineering

Minimum 1 year of experience in areas related to:

Key Responsibilities
Creation and configuration of accounting views for finished goods, raw materials, supplies, packaging materials, molds, and semi-finished products.
Calculation and updating of standard costs for finished goods, raw materials, supplies, packaging materials, molds, and semi-finished products.
Downloading, consolidating, and tracking waste and rework data.
Ensuring registration, reconciliation, and accounting of debit and credit notes issued to customers.
Validating and managing bank entries, reconciliations, and corresponding accounting entries.
Controlling and cleansing invoices submitted to the billing portal, verifying documentary compliance and correcting inconsistencies.
Managing the per diem legalization process according to corporate policies.
Executing petty cash legalization, validating supporting documents and adherence to internal procedures.
Preparing and consolidating monthly reports for various organizational departments.
Generating production and inventory reports, as well as other operationally required reports.
Technical Knowledge
Advanced proficiency in office productivity tools, especially Excel.
SAP experience (preferred).
Knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis.

Location Requirement
Candidates must preferably reside in Mosquera, Funza, Madrid, or nearby municipalities that facilitate daily commuting to the MILANO 1 Industrial Park.
