ITIL Foundations v3 certification is desirable. Experience: 1.5 years of experience in on-site and remote support, and first-level requirement management for end users. Proficiency in monitoring and incident management tools. Preventive and corrective maintenance. Basic knowledge of networks and telecommunications. Processes for user account creation, deactivation, and modification on technology platforms, enterprise applications, and internal systems. Conditions: Contract: Indefinite-term. Schedule: Monday to Saturday. Work mode: On-site.
