Job Summary: We are seeking operational staff for waste management, with physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and material handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Carry out loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials. 2. Operate compaction machinery and ensure proper branding protection for waste. 3. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. A reputable environmental services and logistics company requires a Basic Waste Management Operator for its team. We seek operationally oriented personnel with high physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and material handling. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); having a motorcycle is essential for easy access to the industrial zone; the company does not provide transportation service. Responsibilities: Carry out loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure proper branding protection for waste. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory overtime premiums + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide transportation; possessing personal transportation is mandatory.
