A leading environmental services and logistics company requires a Basic Waste Management Operator for its workforce. We seek operational staff with strong physical stamina, commitment, and ability to work in production environments and material handling. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in high-demand operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). A motorcycle is required for easy access to the industrial zone; the company does not provide transportation routes. Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure proper branding protection of waste. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control.
