Job Summary: We are seeking an Internal Maintenance Assistant with experience in various repairs, tool handling, painting, and gardening to ensure the optimal operation of our facilities. Position: Internal Maintenance Assistant Salary: $1,705,095 + Bonus of $200,000 to $300,000 (non-statutory, depending on experience) + Statutory benefits Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM); this person must reside on company premises. Overnight stays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Work Location: Autopista Norte Events Center (with availability to reside on-site) We need someone capable of handling diverse maintenance tasks, from minor repairs to more complex projects. Your ability to work with hand and power tools will be essential to ensure all areas of the company operate optimally. Some responsibilities: You must be able to perform repairs and maintenance on water and drainage systems. Additionally, your painting experience will help maintain a visually appealing and safe environment. Do not forget that gardening is also part of your responsibilities, as you will contribute to maintaining green spaces.
