




Job Summary: A leading environmental services company is seeking a Junior Human Resources Analyst to support recruitment, hiring, and training processes. Key Highlights: 1. A prominent environmental services and logistics company requires a JUNIOR HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST for its team. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Technical or Technological degree in Human Talent Management, Industrial Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 6 months in mass recruitment, hiring processes, and training. Responsibilities: Personnel Selection: Review and manage all personnel requests submitted via BUK. Consolidate all personnel requests submitted via BUK, entering all related actions taken. Send emails to staffing agencies to open new requests. Post hard-to-fill vacancies on the company-authorized job board. Contact preselected candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct interviews for operational staff—and occasionally administrative staff—supporting the requesting role. Follow up with directors or coordinators regarding interview feedback. Provide appropriate email feedback to staffing agencies based on received resumes and interviews conducted. Schedule and track results of security background checks, home visits, polygraph tests, or DISC assessments for positions requiring such evaluations. Issue hiring orders to staffing agencies and monitor scheduling of medical exams and documentation. Induction. Training. Workwear provision. Additional workwear provision. Welfare programs.
