The primary purpose of this position is to lead the development and profitable growth of the contractor and OEM channel nationwide through end-to-end project management, technical specification, distributor development, and strategic direction of the work team — ensuring achievement of commercial objectives, individual and collective KPIs, and market positioning of the ASSA ABLOY portfolio. **What are we looking for?** **Professional degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. A specialization in Commercial Management, Strategic Management, or related areas is desirable.** **Requirements:** **Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the construction sector or contractor channel, and minimum 3–5 years leading commercial teams.** **High-level English (B2/C1) — mandatory** **Proven knowledge and experience in: B2B sales team management, key account management, technical specification, CRM usage, and forecasting** **Key Responsibilities:** * Team Leadership and Management * Commercial and Channel Performance Management * Business Development and Key Account Management * Technical Specification and Projects * Channel and Distributor Management * Financial and Operational Management **Salary:** To be determined upon profile review. **Ready for the challenge?
