Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Assistant to support the management, updating, and control of operational and financial information, ensuring data quality and consistency for decision-making. Information consolidation and analysis for reporting We are looking for a Data Assistant to support the organization’s operational and financial information management, updating, and control. This person will be responsible for ensuring data quality, consistency, and availability for decision-making. Main Responsibilities: Update and maintain databases related to billing, projects, and commercial operations. Manage and record information in the company’s internal systems. Support project-based hour and resource forecasting and tracking. Perform data reconciliations across different systems and data sources. Support administrative and operational project and service closing processes. Administer and update catalogs, records, and third-party information on internal platforms. Consolidate and analyze information for periodic reports. Track operational and financial processes, ensuring proper execution. Support document control and project information organization. Verify cost consistency and support periodic cost updates. Provide support in tracking logistical and operational processes. Required Profile: Technical, technological, or undergraduate student in administrative, accounting, engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel. Analytical ability and attention to detail. Organizational skills and ability to manage information.
