




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced conventional lathe operator skilled in manufacturing, repairing, and fitting metal parts, interpreting engineering drawings, and operating conventional lathes. A metal-mechanical company requires a conventional lathe operator with experience in manufacturing, repairing, and fitting mechanical parts using conventional lathes. Job Functions and Responsibilities Interpret mechanical drawings, dimensions, and technical specifications. Operate conventional lathes for machining metal parts. Manufacture, grind, turn, face, drill, and thread parts. Perform part fitting and finishing according to required tolerances. Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters. Measure and verify dimensions using precision instruments: Mount and dismount parts on the lathe. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the machine. Identify defects in mechanical parts and implement corrections. Work with different materials: Steel Bronze Aluminum Iron Stainless steel Comply with industrial safety standards and use personal protective equipment. Support manufacturing and repair processes for industrial components. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Control quality of machined parts.
