Job Description **At Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional, we are committed to the development of our country, and having your talent is highly valuable to achieving our purpose.** **Role:** * Technical Project Leader **Description:** * We are currently seeking our next Technical Project Leader, who will be responsible for defining, coordinating, and supervising all technical aspects related to the migration, implementation, and integration of the Banking CORE and ERP systems. This role is key to ensuring the technical quality of solutions, compliance with architecture, security, and development methodology standards, as well as leading the technical team in executing FDN's strategic digital transformation projects. **Requirements:** * Academic Background: Professional in Industrial Engineering, Computer Systems, or related fields. * With specialization in **Project Management, Agile or traditional methodologies.** * Experience: More than five (5) years in **Technology Project Management.** * Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in **Technical Leadership of ERP and Banking CORE Implementation Projects.** * In-depth knowledge of **Enterprise Architecture, System Integration, Application Security, and Agile Methodologies.** * Experience with platforms such as **SAP S/4Hana, Oracle Cloud ERP, and CORE solutions like Bantotal, Cobis, Mambu, or similar.** * Strong communication skills, technical leadership, and ability to collaborate with functional areas and vendors. **Recommended Qualifications:** * **Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, AWS Architect, etc.) and agile methodologies (Scrum Master, PMI\-ACP).** * **Experience in data migration, process automation, and adoption of emerging technologies (AI or hybrid cloud).** **Main Responsibilities:** * Design the technical architecture of ERP and CORE solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with corporate standards. * Define development guidelines, best practices, and methodologies (Scrum, DevOps, Clean Architecture, etc.). * Coordinate integration between legacy systems and new components, including middleware, APIs, and cloud services. * Supervise the technical team (application engineers, QA, integration specialists) throughout all project phases. * Ensure technical quality through code reviews, automated testing, and environment management. * Participate in the technical evaluation of vendors and solutions, including workshops, proof-of-concept tests, and comparative analysis. * Support technical risk management and resolution of critical incidents during implementation. **Working Conditions:** * Work Location: Bogotá. * Work Modality: Hybrid. * Contract Type: Fixed-term. * Salary: Negotiable according to experience.
