Positive work environment and job stability Temporary Staff – Electrical and Industrial Sector **Company:** Automatización y Control Ingeniería S.A.S. **Location:** Bogotá **Sector:** Electrical, industrial, automation, and instrumentation **Position Type:** Full-time At **Automatización y Control Ingeniería S.A.S.**, a company with over **28 years of experience** in electrical solutions, automation, control, measurement, and industrial instrumentation, we are seeking a **Temporary Staff** member to support various activities in the commercial, administrative, and customer service areas. We seek an organized, proactive individual with strong customer service attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to support the company’s commercial operations as required. Position Purpose To provide comprehensive support to the commercial department by performing customer service activities, preparing and tracking quotations, managing commercial information, providing administrative support, and assisting in sales processes for products and services in the electrical and industrial sectors. Main Responsibilities * Support customer service via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and digital channels. * Prepare and track quotations for products and services. * Support the commercial team in managing current and prospective customers. * Update databases, commercial records, and business opportunities. * Track orders, requests, invoicing, and deliveries. * Support prospecting of customers in the electrical, industrial, and automation sectors. * Coordinate information with the technical department to respond to customer inquiries. * Support commercial campaigns, customer retention, and post-sales follow-up. * Prepare basic Excel-based commercial management reports. * Maintain organized and up-to-date commercial documentation. * Provide administrative support related to sales, procurement, or logistics when required. * Provide temporary or supplementary support across various commercial department processes. * Support sales of control equipment, measurement devices, sensors, thermocouples, PT100s, instrumentation, and technical services. Requirements * Minimum **6 months to 1 year** of experience in commercial areas, customer service, administrative support, sales, call centers, commercial assistants, or similar roles. * Technical or technological education, or currently studying in commercial, administrative, marketing, sales, electricity, electronics, automation, or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools. * Strong email and digital channel management skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Willingness to learn about electrical, industrial, and automation products. * Preferred experience in companies operating in the electrical, hardware, industrial, technology, construction, or technical supply sectors. * Preferred experience with CRM systems, billing platforms, or commercial software.
