Create an exceptional customer experience and a positive work environment. **Publication Date:** October 22, 2025 **Salary:** $4,500,000.00 \- $5,000,000.00 per month Job Description: Responsible for brewery operations \- Will lead a group of 10 people, including administrators, head chef and kitchen staff, servers, and bartenders. Professional in Food Engineering or Industrial Engineering, Tourism and Hotel Management, or related fields, with over 5 years of experience in similar roles within the gastronomy or nightlife entertainment industry (prior experience in this sector is mandatory). Will successfully lead the team, ensuring adherence to company processes (fundamental) and guaranteeing the best possible customer service experience. Will lead the team to maintain a positive atmosphere, thus managing differences while consistently guiding the team toward improved results. Will inspire employees through constructive feedback and continuous motivation. Will have thorough knowledge of kitchen and bar processes to uphold quality standards, and will lead and train the team on all company procedures across all areas (cleaning and disinfection), setup protocols, service standards, and quality standards. Will monitor production and service timing, and propose improvements. Will foster a climate of trust among partners, employees, and management. FUNCTIONS 1\) Continuous staff training (primary trainer) 2\) Design team strategy to achieve corporate objectives regarding service, sales, and building a strong team 3\) Comply with and enforce company processes with commitment 4\) Manage cash-handling responsibilities during closing procedures 5\) Handle customer disputes when necessary 6\) Vigorously communicate current promotions to the sales team 7\) Audit opening and closing protocols for operations 8\) Standardize and control bar, kitchen, and service processes 9\) Responsible for developing and executing the weekly purchasing plan 10\) Responsible for metrics: sales, cocktail sales, food sales, cleaning and disinfection reports, effective execution of the purchasing plan, cash reconciliation, inventory reconciliation, customer satisfaction, staff turnover, cost of sales, quality, mystery shopper 11\) Responsible for implementing the point-of-sale sanitation plan 12\) Submit management reports as required by General Management 13\) Process structuring 14\) Carry out all disciplinary procedures related to violations of established policies 17\) Support all marketing and sales activities oriented toward results 18\) Team leader and developer 19\) Recruitment and selection of personnel 20\) Operational support in contingency situations. This position is 80% administrative and 20% operational; only in cases of operational contingencies may these percentages change.
