**Join our team!** We are looking for a **Procurement and Supply Coordinator** responsible for managing and coordinating the procurement of supplies and services, ensuring the timely availability of materials for operations and production, optimizing costs, and maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers. Responsibilities: * Coordinate the procurement of supplies and services across all company departments. * Ensure material availability according to operational and production demand. * Track purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely receipt. * Identify and evaluate new suppliers to optimize costs and quality. * Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers. * Manage and reconcile supplier accounts payable with the accounting department. * Enter and control purchase invoices in the relevant systems (Siigo). * Maintain optimal inventory levels, avoiding excesses or shortages. * Monitor key performance indicators such as food cost, inventory consumption, and supplier accounts payable. Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** experience coordinating procurement, preferably in food companies. * Intermediate–advanced proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier negotiation, and cost analysis. * Experience in inventory management and accounts payable reconciliation. * Leadership, organizational, teamwork, and results-oriented skills.
