




1. Receive, inspect, and record electrical materials and equipment according to dispatch guides and purchase orders. 2. Verify compliance with technical specifications of received products (voltage, gauge, connection type, etc.). 3. Store products in accordance with electrical safety standards, preventing damage from moisture, temperature, or improper contact. 4. Control and update inventory in the ERP system or management software (SAP, Oracle, or other). 5. Prepare and dispatch materials requested by project, maintenance, distribution, or contractor departments. 6. Conduct periodic and annual physical inventories, reconciling discrepancies with digital systems. 7. Coordinate with procurement and electrical engineering teams for replenishment of critical or scarce materials. 8. Prepare reports on inventory receipts/shipments, obsolescence, turnover, and status of stored products. 9. Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness, following industrial safety guidelines.
