Teamwork and proactivity Project Coordinator Base Salary: 2\.500\.000 COP Start Date: Immediate Work Mode: 100% Remote Profile: Junior Architects At Umbra 3D Studio, a studio specialized in architectural visualization, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the management and development of our projects. Main Responsibilities: * Review initial project materials and complete the input matrix. * Clearly and systematically request missing elements from the client. * Document comments, changes, and progress in the project logbook. * Coordinate meetings with clients to present progress and receive feedback. * Communicate client requests to the internal team in a structured manner. * Deliver final deliverables via email, ensuring correct presentation and documentation. Requirements: * Technical or professional education as an architectural drafter or junior architect. * Skills in organization, communication, and task tracking. * Prior experience in project management or client coordination is desirable. * Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, Notion, etc.).
