**EDUCATION** Technologist or professional in Administration, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. **EXPERIENCE** Minimum of one (1) year in environmental laboratories or related fields. **FUNCTIONS** * Optimize processes and maintain corporate guidelines. * Coordinate with ATCs and laboratories for proper planning of sample arrival forecasts. * Define departmental operations plans, policies, and objectives jointly with the immediate supervisor. * Achieve productive efficiency levels that enable delivery of services at the agreed time and quality with internal customers, and within established cost limits, while ensuring compliance with production process cycles. * Ensure continuous improvement of processes and team capabilities. * Ensure proper alignment with strategic, tactical, and operational planning defined by management, as well as alignment of processes with organizational and support structures. * Evaluate the incorporation of new technologies across all areas, fostering an appropriate environment for innovation and development. * Analyze maintenance, expansion, and reduction of capacities to project optimal departmental development.
