Supervise the daily operations of the analyst team, ensuring effective 24x7 monitoring coverage (directly or via SOCaaS). 2\. Act as the escalation point for high- or critical-severity incidents and as the technical decision-maker for containment actions impacting client operations. 3\. Validate and approve sensitive changes to technical security policies (endpoint/identity protection, DLP, MFA, and subsequently PAM) prior to production deployment. 4\. Define and refine technical incident response procedures, runbooks, and playbooks, incorporating lessons learned. 5\. Manage technical relationships with security vendors (vendors, integrators, SOC/SOCaaS): SLAs, performance, product roadmaps, and evaluate market alternatives when updating the technology stack (technical responsible role — A/R per Agreement 001\-26\). 6\. Lead technology stack improvement projects: implementation of privileged access management (PAM), expansion of managed monitoring scope (SOCaaS), integration of new detection sources. 7\.
