Position Summary: Concentrix is seeking a Privacy and Information Security Apprentice to provide technical support for data management, impact analysis, and compliance with data protection policies. Process automation using advanced tools We are looking for a Privacy and Information Security Apprentice at Concentrix! Location: Bogotá D.C., Ecotek Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary: 100% of the legal minimum monthly wage (SMLV) + transportation allowance Required Profile: Active students enrolled in programs such as: Systems Engineering Computer Engineering Telematics Engineering Data Science Telecommunications Engineering or related fields Candidates must be in their professional internship phase and demonstrate interest in information security, privacy, and technical handling of personal data. Main Responsibilities: Support in data mapping and records of data processing activities Technical documentation of information flows (databases, APIs, integrations, and vendors) Technical support for privacy impact assessments (DPIA / PIA) Review of technical privacy and security controls Inventory of tools and applications that process personal data Automation and improvement of processes using advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Purview, among others Preparation of evidence for audits and clients Monitoring of technical compliance with internal policies Support for responsible AI initiatives and governance We seek analytical, organized individuals with attention to detail and a passion for technology and data protection.
