A prominent company requires a MALE Workshop Coordinator to join its team. Candidates must be Technical or Technological graduates in Automotive Mechanics with knowledge of automotive mechanics. Minimum 2 years’ experience coordinating workshops and familiarity with light, medium-duty, and heavy-duty vehicles. Key responsibilities include: planning, assigning, and supervising daily work orders; verifying proper execution of diagnostics and repairs; monitoring service times to ensure on-time deliveries; supervising appropriate use of tools, equipment, and work areas; ensuring compliance with workshop safety regulations and procedures; receiving and analyzing service requests; explaining diagnostics, estimates, and repairs to customers; tracking vehicle status throughout the service process; handling complaints and channeling claims when necessary; inspecting vehicles prior to delivery upon completion of work; ensuring adherence to brand quality standards and procedures; validating functional tests and final diagnostics; organizing shifts, workloads, and priorities. Work schedule: ROTATING SHIFTS from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Salary: $2,300,000 + Statutory Benefits + Direct indefinite-term contract with the company. Employment Type: Full-time
