Academic Qualifications: Technician in Machine Tools; Technologist in Industrial Mechanics; Technologist in Mechanical Component Design for Manufacturing using Machine Tools; or related fields. Specific Responsibilities: * Program, set up, and machine parts on machining centers (tooling, mold and die fixtures) to meet production requirements. * Perform setups to achieve required finishes and identify necessary tools. * Program CNC machines according to parameters specified in blueprints. * Manufacture parts according to defined production standards. * Fulfill customer requirements in production. Required Knowledge: * Operation of machining centers for part manufacturing using FANUC controls. * Manual machine programming and Bob Cam or Master Cam software. * FANUC controls. * Metrology and use of measuring instruments (calipers and micrometers). * Blueprint reading and interpretation, and tool sharpening. * Operation of conventional machines such as lathes, milling machines, and surface grinders. Salary: $2,400,000 + statutory benefits (salary is negotiable and depends on test results). Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
