Responsibilities: Perform microbiological analyses Identify and characterize microorganisms Coordinate with other departments for quality control, laboratory operations, and sample collection Document results and maintain laboratory records within the system Diagnose and prognose diseases through biological sample analysis Conduct epidemiological surveillance Promote health and prevent diseases at the community level Requirements - Conditions: Professional degree in Bacteriology Minimum 1 year of prior professional experience Availability to work onsite at a prominent healthcare company in Popayán Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. Salary: COP 2,800,000 + NCS COP 200,000 + transportation allowance + social security contributions + statutory benefits Project-based employment contract Rotating shifts.-Requirements- Minimum education: University / Professional degree years of experience
