Job Summary: A prominent financial sector company is seeking a Commercial Advisor with sales experience, preferably in the financial sector, to manage PQRS, close sales, and achieve commercial targets. Focus on achieving commercial targets A prominent financial sector company requires a Commercial Advisor to work in an office setting, with a minimum of one year of sales experience—preferably in the financial and/or intangible sectors—to carry out PQRS processes, work toward target achievement, close sales, and perform other commercial and service-related functions. REQUIREMENTS: Academic Level: Technical, technological, or professional degree Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the commercial area. CONDITIONS: Salary: $1,558,441 (2025 salary pending adjustment for next year) + uncapped commissions, non-statutory bonuses exceeding $1,000,000 for target achievement + statutory benefits + company benefits. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM. Contract: Initial fixed-term contract, with potential direct transition to indefinite-term.
