Position Summary: We are seeking an Accompaniment Manager for healthcare consulting, responsible for monitoring patient progress and reporting on their evolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive patient accompaniment throughout their health process. 2. Generation of patient health status reports. 3. Reporting patient progress to the ARL and document management. **AGS Colombia, a healthcare consulting, oversight, and auditing firm, requires an Accompaniment Manager for its team in Popayán.** **Requirements:** **Technical, Technological, or Professional degree in Nursing Assistant, Rural Physician, Therapist, Psychologist, General Physician, or Health Administration.** **Minimum six months of clinical and/or administrative experience in the healthcare sector.** **RETHUS REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY.** **Responsibilities: Accompany patients at the IPS (Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud) to which they have been referred; generate patient health status reports; report patient progress to the ARL; provide required documentation from the IPS, among others.** **Contract Type: Service Provision Agreement** **Honorarium: $110\.000 per accompanied patient.** **Working Hours: Availability from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily (hours permitted by clinics and hospitals in each region for providing accompaniment services).** **If you meet the profile and are interested in participating in this project, please send your resume with supporting documents to Talento.Humano@agsamericas.com.co, indicating the position “Accompaniment Manager – Popayán” in the subject line.** **For more information, contact via WhatsApp at 3174027637.
