Face Worker in Operations: Carry out mining operations at the working face, ensuring adherence to production plans assigned by the immediate supervisor, the mining engineer, or the operations and safety manager. 2. Task Coordination: Coordinate workers' and equipment tasks at the working face, allocating resources and prioritizing activities. 3. Safety and Environment: Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards at the working face, reporting any incidents or issues. 4. Production and Efficiency: Monitor production and efficiency at the working face, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions—especially when blasts fail or cleaning times for the working face deviate from stipulated schedules. 5. Communication: Communicate with the mining engineer, managers, and departments to coordinate operations and resolve problems. 6. Data Recording: Maintain records of production, safety, and other relevant working-face data—such as explosive consumption, timber usage, and other required information.
