Job Summary: We are seeking a culinary, pastry, or gastronomy apprentice or intern interested in learning and supporting food preparation, event setup, and logistics. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an apprentice or intern. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled student in Culinary Arts, Pastry, Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or a related field. Interest in learning within a professional kitchen and events environment. Basic knowledge of culinary techniques (cold kitchen, hot kitchen, and baking/pastry). **Desirable:** Prior internship or volunteer experience in a kitchen (not mandatory). **Skills and Competencies:** Responsibility and punctuality. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Organization and cleanliness in the workplace. Efficiency and attention to detail. Adaptability to change and stress management during peak hours. Good hygiene practices and food handling standards. **Responsibilities:** **Cold Kitchen Support:** Preparation of salads, ingredient mise en place, plating of cold dishes. Assistance in event setup and plating for various events. **Hot Kitchen Support:** Preparation of side dishes, sauces, and main courses under supervision. **Pastry Support:** Basic dessert preparation, assembly and decoration, dough and cream preparation. **Service Logistics Support:** Distribution of supplies, setup of food stations, cleaning and organization of the work area. Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. Cleaning and organizing the work area before, during, and after activities, adhering to hygiene protocols. **Event Logistics Support:** Planning, preparation, and distribution. **We Offer:** Linear Route Meals. **Competency Development and Learning:** Acquisition of soft and technical skills (initiative, teamwork). Apprenticeship contract (100% of the legal minimum monthly wage, including all social benefits) or internship agreement.
