This will be a flex model located in Bogotá, Colombia. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned** **:** * Counsels and provides partnership to employees and all levels of management across the full spectrum of employee relations matters in alignment with our practices, policies, and local labor legislation * This work includes proactive workplace initiatives and strategies; workplace investigations and internal reviews; performance improvement and discipline processes; end of employment/restructuring; labor relations; crisis management; and general employee relations coaching and conflict resolution * Develops and leads proactive employee and labor relations strategies to contribute to a positive work environment by leveraging data, addressing areas of opportunity and minimizing risk * Plays key leadership role in restructuring initiatives, resulting in employee transitions **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in administrative areas, industrial engineering, psychology, business administration, law or related * Intermediate\-Advance English level * Two years of professional experience related to employee and labor relations, internal investigations, disciplinary procedures, and discharges * Experience with implementation of internal policies * Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills * Ability to generate strong partnerships Proficiency with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) * **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. **Benefits \& Compensation** ============================ **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
