Job Summary: We are seeking a junior–mid level candidate to specialize in technical documentation for products, prototypes, and experiments—transforming engineering knowledge into clear and reusable information. Key Highlights: 1. Role focused on clear and reusable documentation of complex systems. 2. Opportunity to work directly with engineers and observe systems in operation. 3. Support for professional and personal growth in an excellent environment. We are looking for a **junior–mid** profile with a background in **Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields**, interested in specializing in **technical documentation for products, prototypes, and experiments**. This is not a hands-on design role, but rather one centered on **deeply understanding systems, engaging with engineers, and transforming that knowledge into clear, structured, and reusable documentation**. Ideal candidate: * Possesses **analytical and systematic thinking**, enjoys breaking down complex explanations into simple, well-defined, and verifiable components. * Feels comfortable reading **datasheets, schematics, and experimental reports**, extracting key information for manuals, guides, technical specifications, and knowledge bases. * Demonstrates **strong self-management, discipline, and intellectual rigor**: conducts independent research, cross-checks sources, explores alternative approaches, and persists until conceptual clarity is achieved. * Has **strong written and oral communication skills**, knows how to ask precise questions to senior engineers, identify assumptions, and document technical agreements and decisions. * Exhibits a **collaborative mindset**, enjoys teamwork, and views documentation as a tool to accelerate others’ work. * Requires English proficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Document the functionality of products, modules, and systems, as well as **test procedures and experiments**. * Interview engineers and subject-matter experts to capture undocumented knowledge and convert it into structured content. * Maintain, organize, and update repositories of technical documents, schematics, and test records. * Support the creation of reusable materials for **user manuals, technical support, and AI systems based on internal knowledge**. This is an **IN-PERSON** role, enabling close collaboration with engineering teams, direct observation of systems in operation, and first-hand understanding of the technical context behind the documentation. We offer **competitive conditions, stability, an excellent work environment, and genuine support for your professional and personal growth**. Position Type: Full-time, Internship Contract Duration: 6 months
