A professional in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture, with extensive experience in the telecommunications infrastructure sector and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Plan, execute, and complete projects according to established timelines, budgets, and objectives. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery. Plan and coordinate all project phases, from inception through to completion. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation plans as required. Communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders, providing detailed reports and regular updates. Coordinate project team activities, ensuring appropriate resource allocation. Ensure quality and compliance with established standards for project deliverables. Facilitate problem resolution and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
